We maintain standards and confidence in qualifications in England:
- GCSEs
- A levels
- AS levels
- vocational and technical qualifications
- Apprenticeship end-point assessments
We’re independent of government and report directly to Parliament.
ABE UK
ABE UK is recognised by Ofqual (the UK government’s qualifications regulator for England) as well as by similar bodies internationally. You can be assured that your qualification has international recognition and meets the standards required by respected, education authorities
Credits Credits are assigned to regulated qualifications and recognised by universities in many countries. The credits you achieve through some qualifications may count towards others, if you have covered similar learning outcomes at a comparable level. As a general rule, ten hours of learning (including both taught and self-study) equates to approximately one credit. Each stage of a degree is 120 credits and this matches the credits available for ABE’s full RQF Diplomas, meaning they offer clear academic progression.
